Since my university days, I’ve always dreamed of creating my own video game company. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, and I didn’t have the experience or the money, so I decided to start working at a very small indie game studio. From there, I moved abroad to work at AAA game companies to gain valuable experience, save money, and sharpen my skills.

In 2020, I officially founded Xelo Games with my amazing partner, Lisun. But my journey really began in 2014 when I landed my first job in the video game industry. With that goal in mind, I focused on building connections with incredibly talented friends who share the same passion from artists, programmers to game designers, because I knew I’d need an amazing team to turn my dream into reality.

I love working in a team! And I learned teamwork isn’t for everyone, to build a solid team you need to find the right people. I feel so fortunate to have met so many amazing and nice individuals throughout my professional journey, it was a humbling yet fun experience. And now, here we are, ready to create something incredible as a team! Let’s do this together!

As the 4th most populous country in the world, Indonesia has many talents who have careers and work abroad in International Game studios and involved in AAA Titles for PC, Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo Switch. Some of these talents returned to Indonesia and formed a gaming company with a vision and mission to create games that gamers around the world can enjoy.

We believe that a Good To Great company starts from the best team and our “hedgehog concept” of our strength and differentiation. Great games also start to form a close-knit relationship between developers and gamers, bonding together and making a good game studio. With the strong fundamental of a company, we will grow organically and inorganically, including “blitzscaling” this company at the right moment and right time and partnership with the right partner globally.
